USA houses, condos, town homes and other residential properties in various markets are already at their all time highs. In the San Francisco Bay Area, many cities are already passed their 2006-2008 peaks. While the supply is low prices have continued to rise in Northern California much like many parts of America.
Interest rates have been climbing but so have incomes and President Trump has passed some laws that are benefitting many.
