February 2018 Real Estate Market Update

USA houses, condos, town homes and other residential properties in various markets are already at their all time highs. Some cities like Vallejo California are nearing those peaks but haven't quite reached them yet. Vallejo was at the #1 hottest real estate market list close to half of the past two years according to Realtor dotcom's magazine and website. In the San Francisco Bay Area, many cities are already passed their 2006-2008 peaks. While the supply is low prices have continued to rise in Northern California much like many parts of America.

Interest rates have been climbing but so have incomes and President Trump has passed some laws that are benefitting many. Their income taxes have been adjusted and they've been allowed to get larger refunds so that they can stimulate the economy, and that could put a spike in the number of people who have the ability now to purchase homes because they can now afford the cost associated with down payment and closing costs required.

EXP Realty is now the fastest growing real estate brokerage in North America and they've partnered with CINC to receive some information throughout the US and Canada. They're now in 47 states and 2 Canadian provinces and have over 8,000 agents & brokers as of February 15, 2018. They added over 1,000 agents in January alone and have an incredible compensation package to Realtors that include stock ownership, a generous commission split, top training, technology, tools and support, as well as an unprecedented opportunity for Realtors to share in the company's revenue for encouraging others to join EXP.

With all of those great components, EXP has been attracting top agents, teams and brokers at a very rapid rate and will likely become one of the top 7 brokerages soon. Since they're attracting top agents, this benefits all home sellers and buyers alike because they are not receiving service by those committed to each other, their company and their clients. EXP Realty provides a win-win-win situation to all share holders and stake holders and that includes their clients.

Here's a look at just some of the cities in Northern California where Scott Brown (NorCal Realty Team) is located. Scott has added several agents on his team ranging from Sonoma County through Napa and Solano Counties and down through Fresno even to San Diego. The opportunities with EXP Realty to grow teams allows top agents to replicate top results by training Realtors and leveraging their time to perform key tasks.
